Happy Father's Day 2010

As a dad you have an awesome, wonderful, unique gift to give to your child - yourself!

Kids with good dads are usually more at ease with other people, they have more confidence to do well at school, and they're happier.

As your child begins to explore spiritual things, your own commitment and encouragement will really help him or her.

Alongside your local church, we hope that this website offers you the support you need as a dad to nurture your child's soul.

For Father's Day, both the Church of England and Mothers' Union have written and produced helpful prayers for you, and for you to use with your family. 

Some really talented students from the Churches Media Network Academy have a really cool video perfect for Father's Day. Check it out Naomi shows just one thing from her own childhood perspective which shows just how powerful the approval of a dad can be for a child.
